Olympia vs Coors vs Rolling Rock story.....

I visited some friends in Ft. Collins, CO in summer of 1974 when Coors was not sold east of the Mississippi River. I was anxious to drink lots of Coors. To my surprise, no one in Colorado drank Coors, they all preferred Olympia.

When people heard I was from VA they all wanted to know if I drank Rolling Rock. They could not get it it CO. It had the same type of cult following that Coors had.
